Nash Hannah Michelle Nash March 21, 1996 January 8, 2022 The most obvious thing about Hannah Nash was also probably the least interesting: she was stunningly beautiful. Glowing skin, perfect hair. And that smile. Pictures tell the story, but Hannah's own focus was elsewhere. She was many...

Not sure what to say?

Hannah was there for me during a pretty low and scary point of my life, and she was there with a big smile and a word of encouragement to help get me on track to being better. There's not many things that are more impactful than helping someone figure out how to live a good life, and Hannah helped me do that. I'm glad I got to meet her, and sad because the world is poorer for not having her in it anymore.

Not a day goes by that I don't think of Hannah and how she inspired all of us who went thru the Ornish cardiac rehab program. She encouraged us to push for more weight reps, and a little more speed on the treadmill and rowing machine. Her smile lit up every room she walked in.

Thank you to Hannah's family for raising a caring encouraging enthusiastic young lady. We met at Penrose St. Francis cardiac rehab. Hannah was a breath of fresh air with a positive personality.

Hannah was a divine gift that we were blessed to receive. She was just the cutest and funniest little Midwesterner I'd ever met and She was such a kind and endearing soul. Yet, most of all--to me, She was my friend. I met Hannah while she was serving at a breakfast spot I'd frequent on the weekends and who would have that a corny "dang, you look like Khaleesi" would lead to produce a solid friendship. We spoke of many things: our recollections of growing up Catholic, our favorite SpongeBob...

I met Hannah on the light rail. I walked right up to her and asked to be friends and she didn´t hesitate. We got close fast and shared incredible memories. She supported me in times of hardship and I was there to support her when she lost Cove, when she had anxiety, or when she wanted to do her homework at lux at midnight. We went on trips together, she dyed my hair purple, we even worked out together. Although we drifted apart she was never far from my thoughts. Because of her I not only met...

One attribute to add to Hanna's obit: Courage. I was one of her patients in the Ornish cardiac rehab program. During my cohort's time, the program's licensed counselor moved on to another job. Hannah stepped in to do double duty for both exercise, and group counseling support. You want to see courage - watch someone step into a role like that, uncredentialled, and face down a group of cranky old men who are ticked off that they're not getting something they were promised. Hanna...
