Not sure what to say?

Dear Hardy's family, I only spoke a few times on the phone with cousin Hardy, I wish I could of come and meet the family, after all we are family. Sorry for your lost, I didnt know abt this. Im hopeing to come and meet you Peggy. Im Francis Suggs daughter which my mom was Hardys double cousin. How about that. Amber Simpson

I am so sorry for your lost. I just found out on ancestry. I am Frances S. Dermott s daughter, Amber Simpson. They were lst cousins.

It was my honor to have worked for Mr. Cash. Those years in that office were special. He always treated us like family. He stood up for all of us on many occasions. Many may not know that Hardy was an avid Backgammon player. He loved the game and could play one in about 4 minutes. We played many games. "My heart goes out to the entire family". He was one of a kind.

I learned over the years that knowing Hardy Cash was knowing a Hampton Legend. His stories, advice and friendship provided great memories, and memories allow someone to continue in your life. My greatest sympathy to Peggy, family and friends that have been there for Hardy as he has been there for us throughout the years.

We met Hardy in the early 50's! What fun we have had through the years--what happy memories. God bless the Cash clan. We send our love.

The world has lost a truly amazing man whom I am very proud to call my Uncle, Hardy may you forever Rest In Peace.
Love,
Mike G

Mr. Cash was always so warm, positive and sincere. God bless his wonderful soul and grant peace and strength to all of you, his family. We Deveikis sisters remember his kindness to our dear deceased parents, Bill and Marcella. I'm sure they gave him a warm welcome.

Mike so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. Just reading the guest book comments I feel like I knew your dad. Such respect and genuine feelings towards him. You and your family are in our prayers. God bless.

Mike and entire Cash family, A sad day, asI knew Hardy pretty much my entire life. My first memory of Hardy Cash was as coach of the A-League Tigers of the Hampton-Wythe Little League: He was also President of the Hampton-Wythe LL in the 1960's. Hardy would also occasionally coach the St Roses Basketball team when help was needed. As a kid, Mr Cash set a wonderful example for young folks in seeing what it meant to "give back" to his community. Hardy seemed to focus on youth activity...
