Not sure what to say?

Harlan was tenacious in business. However, I found him to be fair and willing to help those who were hard working and willing to take risk. I learned a lot from Harlan and enjoyed our conversations. I thank Harlan for believing in me and helping my company survive the 2008 downturn in the economy. Harlan was a special person and my sincere condolences to the family.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.Harlan will be remembered by many of us as a good friend and astute business man. I am indebted to him for his support as a founding investor in Inland Northwest Bank

I have known Harlan for many years. We were not close friends, but we had a business relationship wherein I came to respect this man and follow his career in real estate and construction. He had a wry sense of humor, but a good heart and treated others with the respect that he demanded. The world lost a good one.

Thank you for the great memories and all that you taught me, how to read a commercial lease, how to negotiate a lease. You were a great man and a great leader. Thanks for all.

May he rest in peace and help God rebuild America,To the family my deepest condolences

He was a challenge and at the same time fun to watch.

Harlan was a great man, I worked for him for about three years and he always treated me with kindness and respect. He was hard on those that he saw trying to take advantage of him, but great to those that worked hard and respected him in return. I will never forget the valuable lessons he taught and the kind man he was to me. I truly hope his family can have peace and comfort during this time of loss and can unite as a family.

Harlan put me into business in 1979. He always treated me well and I will always be thankful for the friendship we had. Rest in Peace Harlan.
