To Garnet and family: I just learned of Harlan passing after attending the Radnor Hunt Concourse de 'Elegance yesterday (9/8/2024). There was a tribute to Harlan in the program as he was the individual that was monumental with adding motorcycles to this event. My pilgrimage to this event was always fueled by the chance to see Harlan. I have such fond memories of Harlan during our motorcycle road racing days and the CB750 project. Hi, Garnet, Chelsea and Jordan. I'm sorry to hear of Harlan's passing. He was a dear, dear person and I have very warm and happy memories of spending time with him in the basement office in Arlington. I loved that he let his parrot perch on his shoulder while we worked, occasionally letting her walk all over our architectural drawings.
