Not sure what to say?

Served under Colonel Hobbs at KCDI, 72´ - 73´. He was a fine commander and ran a nice base!

I was an enlisted airman at Karamursel, Turkey in 1966-1967. During my tour there, the commanding officer was Colonel Richard Wilson. The base operated from 1957 to 1977. Can anyone tell me when Mr.Hobbs was the commanding officer there?

Harlan Hobbs was a great man and a great friend. I loved him dearly, as I did his daughter Cindee and as I do all the members of the Hobbs, Jackson, Moss, Ormaner, Ackerman, Stewart, Cornelison, Sacher, Lynam, Grant, Kutz and Whitehead families. I hope that Harlan’s life, and his history of family reconciliation will help renew the spirit of family that we all treasured so dearly.

Harlan, thank you for the memories and for sharing so many wonderful years with us. Thank you for...

My name is Harlan Craig Montgomery and I am so proud to be Harlan's namesake. Harlan was a great man. He and all the Hobbs family have been dear friends for over 65 years. I didn't know it while it was happening but he taught me many valuable things in life; chief among them was how to be a true friend. I will never forget my namesake Harlan Hobbs.

RIP Harlan.
