I am deeply sorry to hear about Harlan and I pray the Lord's peace and comfort will be with all of you now and always.
Harlan and I lived "across the creek" from each other. We could see each other's house from our back doors. We had worn an often used path down to and and across that creek.

I was both surprised and saddened to hear about Harlan's death. Harlan and I grew up together living only a couple of hundred of feet from each other. Harlan was less than 2 months older than I. We played together from early childhood. We were at each other's homes, ate at each other's table and spent the night at each other's home...even camped out together and swam in the local water hole.
