Not sure what to say?

Thinking of you on this day. I hope you are all doing well. May the Lord bless you. Mark Allen

I met Mr Sewell when I was in the 5th Grade. He and my father grew up together. We met at a gas station in Sanger when he was traveling to OKC. He was the biggest man at that time I ever saw. He was buying a coke from a machine and put one in one shirt pocket and one in the other and was drinking one. It amazed me that those coke could fit in his shirt pockets. He was also a very nice man and I wished I could of known him better

I knew Harley from Eden Terrace on Woodside Dr. Nice fellow to know.

I knew Harley for many, many years. Since he was a freshman at Texas Univ.
I considered him a very dear friend. He
will surely be missed.

Nathan, Janet, Jimmy. Our hearts and prayers go out to you in this difficult time. I can still see Uncle Harley on the front porch of our Iron Mountain house all those years ago as he calmly removed my finger from the lawn chair that colapsed on me. His calmness calmed me and his big hug and smile made it all better. I dont think it required stitches. The last time was at the ski hill visiting my parents. He embraced my Family and it seemed as if my kids knew him all their lives when we left...

i only knew harley for a short time, but what i will remember most is his wonderful smile. he had a smile that would light up his whole face. and even in the midst of his illness he always had a hug for me. i am glad to have met him and i pray for peace for his family.

I owned a flower shop in Saint Jo for many years, Jean would order flowers when someone they knew passed away. I told her that as a young girl Harley was my hero and I cut every article about him out of the paper and put it in a book. She put him on the phone so I could talk to my hero. Everybody who grew up in Saint Jo, loved and respected Harley Sewell.

Sincere condolences on the passing of Harley, one of the All Time UT and Detroit Lions Great Players.

May God Bless Harley and the Family.

Our love and prayers to the Sewell family.
