I, am so deeply saddened to hear of our loss of Billy, I, was a classmate of Billy's. He was such a fun person to be around. He was witty, kind and a person of integrity. I, am fortunate to have the memory of Billy, being my very first date in my life. Billy, was always remembered by me, as having boundless energy with a joyful, positive outlook.
