May 2, 1926 - Aug. 30, 2016 Harold "Don" Austin, of Chelsea, passed away Tuesday, August, 30, 2016, at the age of 90. Don was born Mooresville, MS. He retired from the US Postal Service in 1984 and enjoyed many good years fishing and hunting. Don was a Member of the Liberty Baptist Church in Chelsea. He is preceded in death by his parents, Tracy and Annie Austin; his brother, Gene Austin; and his sister, Lib Potts. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Delma "Babe" Austin; 2 sons, Tracy Austin and David Austin, both of Chelsea. Graveside service will be 11:00, Friday, September 2, 2016, at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South, Rev. Tim Cox and Rev. Wayne Honeycutt officiating.
