I knew Bud and Rose years ago. They were close friends of my husband and myself during the years my husband worked at the Journal up until his passing in 1995 from cancer. Unfortunately I moved to Massachusetts after his death and we lost touch. I have had a deep affection for both of them always, even after all these years.
