Harold E. "Chub" Barnes

To the friends and family of Chub Barnes -

Chub was a good man. He touched many lives through the years, especially through the generous volunteering of his time coaching baseball.
I think it was the summer of 75' that Greg had put together a team for the high school division in a Redding softball league. Greg wasn't old enough to be listed as manager, so Chub agreed to manage the team. It was one of the most enjoyable teams I'd ever played on, with a great group of guys...
