Not sure what to say?

Grandpa,
I wish we could have been a part of each other's lives more than we were but I am thankful for the memories I do have of you. Words are not easy to find, that will express the sadness everyone is feeling so I just hope that you know in your heart how much you were loved and always will be.
I miss you.

Dear Grandpa Bode,
I am deeply saddened that you are no longer inhabiting this Earth with us, but I am relieved that you are no longer in pain and instead you are watching over us in heaven where you are at peace once again. I will miss your loving nature and smile. You are always in my thoughts and heart. I love you Grandpa.

To Ruth and your family:
You have endured a lot of pain with Harold and Christ has been with you and sustained you.
May He continue to give you that courage and strength that only He has to give you. From Everlasting to Everlastin is His promise to you.
Our prayers are with you and especially Bernice and Bob and their family.
All our love and Blessings......
Ken and Marcie Euken

Grandpa,
I wish we could have spent more time together, but I will always cherish the memories I have. Your great-grand sons will learn about you and I will teach them to follow in your foodsteps to become great men and always follow the word of God. Thank you for blessing our lives with yours. I miss you already.
Until we meet again,
Nicole

Grandma,
My love and thoughts are with you. I only wish I could be there too. Please remember I am only a phone call or email...

Dear Mrs. Bode

Please accept my sincere expression of sympathy at the passing of Pastor Bode. Nevertheless, I rejoice with you because we know he is at a place where all is well with his soul . He lived a good life and touched many, including mine and therefore we miss him but know we will see him again one day.

May the Lord bless you and give you peace and comfort in the days ahead..

I'll miss a long time childhood friend of 63 yrs.
May God bless you Ruth and the rest of the family until we all meet again with our Savior.

With love, Don & Linda Baumgarten

Dear Ruth and family,
My thoughts and prayers are always with you. Seven years ago you told me that God heals us all, and to remember how much love your surrounded with. Your words helped me more than you know so I give them back. You know how much we loved pastor and both of you will always be a part of our lives. God's Blessing to you and your family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Pastor Bode at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Cleveland, OH. I was deeply saddened in reading of his passing. He handled my aunts funeral when she passed and he left a lasting impression on me with his kind words and deeds. May God bless him in his next journey.

Dear Aunt Ruth, Karl, John, and family, I am so sorry that I cannot be with you all in Ohio. Know that you are in my thoughts and my prayers. I have so many happy memories of Uncle Harold. My heart is with you.
