My sincere condolences to the family. Losing a loved one is very devastating and sending our emotions spiraling downward. I found this passage that gave me great comfort. It is found at Ps 94:19 which says "when anxieties overwhelmed me You comforted and soothed me". I hope you find it comforting.

Prayers and Condolences go out to the Bowser family.
