I had the privilege of visiting with Uncle Harold during his stays with mom and so enjoyed his stories of friends, acquaintances and especially historical family events. I was always amazed at the lives he touched, people he knew and amused by some of the adventures he had encountered - what a rich life. Mom always looked forward to having Uncle Harold spend time with her - especially in the kitchen, both making and eating dessert.
