Dr. Dumas was one of the rare persons with a soul and knack for helping persons with a need. He guided their quest for a better life with compassion and understanding. When I was in my 20's my OB/GYN suggested I go make an appointment with Dr. Dumas or his associate, to heal my breaking heart over a marriage that was not working. Fortunately, Dr. Dumas had the first opening, and from then on I was in his tender loving care. He was there for me when no one else would listen. "Dumas", as I lovingly called him, was a Godly man who counseled me from a Christian perspective, and guided me through some very difficult family issues with his genuine concern...

I am truly heart broken over this loss. Harold Dumas ( daddy Dumas) was not just a medical healer, but he was my emotional healer as well, in every aspect. he has touched my life more than words could say, and it is because of him that unfortunately on the day of his passing, i received that first piece of good medical news, and it was all from not only taking his medical advice, but also his personal advice on what he felt i should do. i will deeply miss our telephone conversations, but will...

I am so sorry for your loss. Dr. Dumas was always kind, encouraging, and ready with a bright smile and welcoming nature... I remember him fondly. May you all find peace and cheer in your memories of him through this difficult time.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of my Uncle Harold. He has kept in close contact with me since my spinal surgery in January. I will truly miss his weekly phone calls .
