Hal was the principal at Washington where my mother, Helen Barrett, taught for most of her career and where I was a student. My parents were very close to the Fisher family, and I admired my principal very much. Our lives were graced by knowing him! Beth Barrett

He will be missed by everyone whose life he touched. Which was ALOT of people.

I remember Mr. Fisher has a very kind man with a huge heart to go along with the huge job of being Principal of Washington Elementary. He touched a lot of hearts. I even recall he and my father, Mike W. Martin, going potato harvesting together. Rest in Peace, Mr. Fisher. You are fondly remembered.
