There are a small handful of people who leave a real mark on your life. Norm Green has always been on my short list. I joined the Scouts in the late 60s which led to me becoming an adult leader in my early 30s. His example was the reason I returned to Troop 1. Mentor, teacher, preacher, confidant. His mark was felt by literally hundreds. I imagine him hiking onward and upward to meet his maker.
