I have worked with Chief Kawasaki in the HPD for over 3 decades up to my retirement. We worked together at Pearl City/Waianae patrol; Narcotics/Vice Division; and in Central Honolulu Patrol. He was a gracious man, dear friend, and great officer! Harry Moleta
