Not sure what to say?

I met Harold when he was director of the Loyola Psychiatric Residency program in 1957. I learned something from him every time I met with him since then. I'll miss his kindness and example more than the formal stuff which he was very well equipped to teach.
Rest in well deserved peace.

Thank you for introducing me to the great jazz(way back) and classical music.Francis Albert, however. I found on my own. Mondays will not be the same.
Love,
Gloria

My affection and love for you and Aunt Marion are eternal , as is your love for one another. You were a very loved man and we all sense the empty space you leave as you enter into your new life, eternal and blissful. Thanks for the honor of knowing you and your wife. Peace.

Thank you so much Harold for all those years you sent us Christmas cards and your condolences on the death of our father Louis. I am happy that you will be resting in unity with Marion. The family of Louis Michael Manfredi, Betty Anne, Edward, Kirk and Paul Joseph.

Dr Manfredi, I had a privilege providing you transportation services whenever you needed it. By time, privilege became the honor - the honor knowing you as the greatest person I met in my entire life and before and after all – the honor of being your friend.
You didn’t show up on Sunday, knowing that I am waiting for you. It never happened during five years … You, only you know how I am feeling these days. Respecting that, I am not going to “talk” too much, but hope that you do not mind...

My deepest sympathy to the family. I lived down the hall from the Manfredis at ODE for 8 years. I knew him and Marion as extremely nice and warm people. I remember when he lost his beloved Marion and I tried to look out for him. I would check on him, but he seemed to have everything taken care of, with many friends and family. I've since moved to Philadelphia, (where Marion once lived), and have often thought of Doc. Though sad to see he has left us, it's happy to think that he is blissfully...

To the family of Dr. Harold Manfredi, I add my condolences and deepest sympathies. He was a man I admired greatly and who gave generously to the Chicagoland community.
He and those he loved will be especially remembered at the altar by myself and the Jesuit Community at Loyola University.
Sincerely,
Fr. John Costello, SJ
