Not sure what to say?

To the Martin family,
I have fond memories of Ray and his gentle personality. What a pleasure it was to know him. I'm sure you all will sorely miss his sweet spirit.

I have such fond memories of Ray! One that stands out is a Thanksgiving we all shared many years ago! My deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to you all. Sending much love, hugs and many prayers also. <3

Uncle Ray was one of those people that the Good Lord blesses you with once in a lifetime. I have so many happy memories it's hard to say which one stands out. Watching the '72 Orange Bowl against Nebraska with him, uncle Bob & Dad. The game we four went to when Ozzie caught a pass while being parallel to the ground for 6 yards. The way he helped me with handling all the decisions that needed to be made when Dad passed away 22 years ago. aunt Bonnie, Deb, & Pedro, although we're miles about...

Our friendship with Ray goes back over five decades. The Martin family moved
to Minor around 1956-57. Bob Martin was a younger brother of Ray, and thru my friendship with Bob, I became friends with Ray also. During this time frame the three of us met our future wives and spent many weekends together triple dating. Within a two year time frame we three also married our future soul mates.
Ray was a great friend and we have thought about him many times since
Bob's passing over...

I am praying for you all in your loss. I do know that Ray and his brothers and sister, mama and daddy, and Matthew are "cuttin up" in Heaven right now! It was my honor to have met him. He was a very special person.
God Bless all of you,
Linda Martin Ellis (Connie's neighbor and friend)
