Harold Wayne Miller

1948 - 2017

Harold Miller, 68, a wonderful husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away Tuesday Feb 7, 2017. 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb 11, at Neptune Society, Fort Worth. Harold was born and raised in Temple, by Mattie and Mack Miller. He received his undergraduate Pharmacy Degree in 1972 and his Master's Degree in Pharmacy Administration in 1993 both from the University of Texas at Austin. He worked for 40 years in various pharmacies across Texas, Buffalo, N.Y., and Kansas City, Mo.; 15 of these years were with the Veteran's Administration. He finished his career in Arlington, where he lived with his wife until his passing. He was an enthusiastic outdoorsman, enjoying hiking, scuba diving and traveling across the globe. He is now looking down on the south rim of Big Bend National Park. Survivors: Wife of 26 years, Dianne Katherine Packard Miller; children, Donna and husband, Norm, Jeff and wife, Cindy, and Jennifer and husband, Rene; brother, Ernest and wife, Linda; grandchildren, Nick, Rachel, Travis, Taylor, Dylan, Alex, Ashley, Sophie, Luis, Ronnie, Lolo and Luis; nephew, Chris and wife,Tabitha and their daughter, Audrey;, great-granddaughter, Scarlet; and numerous cousins.
