Not sure what to say?

Tip. Is that you? It´s Sharon from Dornal. Looks like you´ve had an interesting life and a lovely husband that you were blessed with. You can find me on Facebook if you want to reach out.

My deepest condolences Tip, I just found this notice now. I live in Newfoundland now, would love to catch up with you. We always did lose touch for some years and then manage to find each other and catch up. I know how much you both loved each other and how it hurts to lose a loved one. Hope this sincere message actually reaches you. You can email me at [email protected] or call 709-694-3180. Love, Susan Reilly

We are so sorry to hear the sad news about Harold. He was such a kind and fun person and he will be sadly missed. Our sincere condolences.

Dr. Goldberg and Staff (Tina & Esin)

On behalf of all members of the Ontario Model Soldier Society, please accept our deepest sympathy on this tragic loss. Harold was one of the finest gentlemen I've ever met: sharp as a tack, witty, well spoken, with a quirky sense of humour. He will be deeply missed by his many friends in the OMSS.

Uncle Harold was an interesting, fun and thoughtful person. He made us feel special, always remembering our favourite things and with his lovely notes and kind words. We will miss his bright smile and silly jokes, and treasure so many good memories.

It's not a moose! They're mythical.

I have known Harold since I was seven-years-old, then fell out of touch when he moved to Ottawa and back into his friendship just recently. That's a friendship of nearly half a century of model soldiers, airplanes, history and bad puns that I never had a comeback for. With that in mind I'd like to say, two things first, "If you're lactose intolerant, you shouldn't chose creamation" and secondly, Trumps gonna win, so we expect you back soon.

I miss you Harold, and no, moose aren't real....

We met Harold in Toronto over 55 years ago, and the association has lasted ever since, through good times and bad, but he always retained his distinctive sense of humour, keen interest in history, and old-fashioned, gentlemanly manner. We will miss his friendship and his thoughtful, caring words.

I am sorry to hear of Harold's passing. As a child, I visited his home several times. Whenever I think of him, I think of him laughing, often to the point of tears. And that laughter was infectious. My thoughts are with his family at this time.
