Col. O. was an easy-going, humble man who represented the best in an Air Force officer. It was a pleasure and an honor to have worked with and for him.

It was an honor and a privilege to serve under Colonel "O". He will always be remembered by those of us who were lucky enough to call building P-1900 home during his tenure.

Dear Paula and Ron
Though I never met the Colonel I remember the stories Paula used to share with us. From those stories I knew he was an extraordinary man. Reading of his many accomplishments makes you stop and take an accounting of your own measure. Not many would measure up to the Colonel. I know you will miss him very much but you have the comfort of the many memories you have shared through the years.
