Read MorePhyllis: We are sorry to hear the loss of Harold. He and I were great fishing and gardening competitors. So many lunches PTC and downtown Highspire were Herald always asked for lemon with extra seeds so he could terrorize the waitress and claim to shoot the seeds at other patrons. What can I say. The world has lost a really good person. We learned too late to come up. Sorry.

Phyllis and Family: I worked with Harold during his tenure with the Utility Unit at the PA Turnpike Commission and knew of his fondness for the outdoors and playing Santa during the Christmas Season. Judy and I express our sympathy for your loss and are in our thoughts and prayers.

Harold was a remarkable man with a great sense of humor. He loved nature and being in the woods. Everything around him was a treasure waiting to be discovered.He loved to share these mysteries of life with his son Mark and daughter Stephanie. Harold will be greatly missed by many.
