Harold J. Piccard Sr.

I was saddened by the news of Harold's passing. He was I wonderful man with an incredible sense of humor. I will always cherish the memories of He and Jean coming to visit his Army buddy and my mom, Clarence and Bea, while I was growing up. My sadness is tempered by the knowledge that he is no longer suffering and that he and my Dad have been talking non stop for the last 3 days.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family. It was always a treat to get to go to the farm with Julie & Dave to see Grandma and Grandpa! I will always remember his wonderful sense of humor!

My heart goes out to Aunt Jean, Jim, Kris, Barb and Janet at this time and in the days ahead. Uncle Harold was a great uncle - I loved spending time down at their house and farm. He was not only a good uncle to me, but a mentor to many other kids in the neighborhood. He taught us a lot and I will miss him.

There are so many memories that I will cherish forever. I am blessed to have had such a wonderful Grandfather and very greatful that my children were able to have a loving Great-Grandfather. Gracie and Luke loved everything about going to see Great-Grandpa & Grandma:) We will remember our wonderful times forever!

My deepest sympathy for my Aunt Jean and my cousins Jim, Barb, Chris & Janet. I will always remember the many wonderful memories of the greatest uncle ever.
