Not sure what to say?

Billy, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sincerely, Penny Slayton Duke

Dear family,

We were saddened to just learn of Harold's passing. He was blessed with a long, fruitful life of 99 years, but even so, it is always heart breaking to lose one's father. Your faith in God is a testament to both your mom & dad. He has left a wonderful legacy that will live on in each of you, for generations to come. May the love & comfort of God comfort your hearts in the days & weeks ahead.

Love,
Louie & Diane

I have such fond memories of Harold and the entire Putnam family, in many ways they have laid the ground work for what cambridge is today. he will surely be missed, God Bless.

Dear Beth and family

I am sorry I am unable to attend services but wish to say that Harold was a true Vermonter who loved his family and certainly knew Cambridge and area history. It was a pleasure to care give for Harold whether sharing Vermont stories or reading from the Bible. Best to you and the family.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the Putnam Family today. Always loved talking to the Putnams at all the town events.

So sad to hear of Harold's passing. He had so much knowledge about Cambridge's history and that will be a great loss with his passing.
Sorry, I can't make the viewing as I'm on my way to Tucson, AZ.

I would like to offer our sympathy to Harold's family. I never really knew him, but of course remember seeing the farm when driving by. Then about 1986 or so, he had an auction, which my wife and I attended. We were recently married and had just built a new house, and we purchased a wooden storm door that day. All these years later, we are still using that door! Hopefully it will be a reminder of Harold for many years to come.

Want to extend our sympathy to the family. Harold lived a good long life. He is at rest today. Love and Prayers
