Jen, HM, Heather, Patrick, Paul, Carol and families - you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Hal was a great friend and super boss and will be missed but will remain in our hearts forever.

It is with the deepest sorrow I feel upon the passing of my old friend Hal. He will always remain in my mind and heart. Hal has now departed this earth and is flying high with Angels in Heaven. Don't be surprised to feel him close in the days and months ahead. God bless you Jen and Family.

I've only known Hal 4 years but it feels like a life time. I was his AA and worked side by side with him everyday. He has taught me so much and he would have done anything for anyone! He had only 64 short years but he absolutely lived them to the fullest. You will be missed by your staff at the PA House of Representatives! Till we meet again!

So sorry for your loss

Jenny

So sorry for your loss, I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
God Bless

Jenny, so many of us share the great shock and profound sense of loss you feel with Hal's passing. He was a gentleman in the best sense of the word who treated everyone with respect, shared his friendship so effortlessly, and simply made our House a better place. We will remember him as having served with a deep sense of honor and commitment that was only surpassed by his great personal warmth.
God Bless!

Nice work Hal and it's my hope that your family can feel the powerful, gentle, comforting spirit that I had the pleasure of knowing these last seven years. You were so good, at a very hard job. A stressful cowbell was handled with such grace, and we were protected under your watch.
