Harold "Hal" Rolfson

1Having met and worked with Hal at Basin Electric, we soon learned of our common interests in hunting and fishing with fly fishing be primary. Over the years, we spent many hours walking stream banks in the Black Hills, Wyoming, Montana, and even some lake fishing in ND. Hal had such a positive attitude about everything and I truly enjoyed our times together. RIP Hal and tight lines.

Next door neighbors in our youth, Harold and I ran a trap line, strung a telegraph wire between our houses then learned Morse code was too slow. We fished, but Harold was better at it. Interesting that we both developed interest in Quarter Horses. I still have one and had bred a young horse intending to show nationally that ended tragically just a few years ago. We grew apart as we aged, but retain many " growing up"memories. Condolences to Calvin, Larry and family. Merlyn
