My husband, Bob Spicer, always talked fondly of Harold. Bob worked with Harold for awhile at the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers in Cleveland. I think I met Harold one time and was quite impressed. Somehow Bob lost touch with Harold in the 70´s. Bob continued to speak highly of him. Without the Internet p, Bob never found Harold again. I met Hal in the late 1950s thru my friend Bud Mays also a Lawyer. In the mid 1960s I hired Hal to represent my company Rooney Optical in labor negotiations with the International Association of Machinists in the middle of difficult labor negotiations. Hal solved the problems an worked with us for many years as our labor attorney. Hal and I became good friends and with our wives enjoyed many social dinners together.
