To the Russell family, on behalf of the City of Mount Holly please accept our condolences for the loss of Mr. Russell. Mr. Russell was a very nice and well respected man in our community. I want to extend a personal thanks to Mr. Russell and his family for the many invitations to the annual luncheons at the shop and the viewing of his personal antique car collection. It was truly my pleasure having opportunity to have known your dad (parents). He (they) was special to everyone! When I informed my 9yr old of this... she knew exactly who I was referring too and was very sad to hear this news.
