Not sure what to say?

To the Sattler family, my sympathies and prayers go out to you for your recent loss.

Sorry to hear that Harold has passed. He was such a kind man/ He sold insurance to my parents and would drop by the house a few times a year to visit and see how they were doing. One year, knowing my Dad loved trains, gave him a small model train set to put by the Christmas tree. He went beyond customer service, he was about customer friendship. I pray for the comfort of his family.

My deepest sympathy to all. He was always so kind to me and a great neighbor as I grew up all his children!

I am so sorry to hear about Harold. My family lived next to the Sattler family for many years--played lots of Kick the Can, basketball, kickball, games in their basement, and tons of time with his and Ginny's kids at the County Fair Swim Club. So many memories growing up next to Harold's family. I am sure that he will be missed by all of his family and friends. Blessings to all of you, Michele (Schurer) Johnson

My thoughts are with you during this trying time. I know the SATTLER family through my relationship with GINNY, she was my supervisor at FIRST NATIONAL BANK and I worked with John when he came on board as an employee of the bank, and he married into the SATTLER family. Harold was a joy to know and he had the warmest smile and personality to match, a wonderful family. My prayers are with you. Nancy J. Dixon

Dear Sattler family, I was so sorry to hear about Harold. He was a sweet, gentle person who seemed to love helping others. Harold was the first person I ever met who said he ate just because he had to. Still, as I recall, he loved a Snickers bar now and then. He and I used to stack the wood in our basement as it came down the chute while we lived in the country and had a wood burning furnace. We would often drop in at his and Ginny's house for a visit and always felt so welcome there. ...
