Harold J. Schwab

Mr. Schwab was an old neighbor of my family for a few years when we lived on Crossfield Ave. After we moved, I remember seeing him umpire softball games in our new neighborhood. He always seemed happy to speak to me and my brothers.

When I became an umpire a few years ago myself, I commented to my Dad that I remembered how cool it was knowing an umpire as a kid.

I was saddened to read of his passing. My sympathies to the whole family.

Mark, I am very sorry to hear about your father. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
