HAROLD SEITZ

I remember the car racing gathering at Harold and Geneva's high rise apartment, facing the race course on the lake. I greatly enjoyed seeing their collection of oriental artwork and using the telescope to watch the race, not to mention the good eats! I also enjoyed visiting the two of them in the office at Commercial Steel. I was dating Harold's son Chris at the time.

I dated his son Chris. Harold was a strong man with a strong personality. He was fascinating to have conversations with. I used to go with Chris to Commercial Steel and learned about heat treating. Harold was often there when I visited. I remember watching the Cleveland 500 from their downtown apartment balcony the first year it ran, and their collection of oriental art and furniture.

Uncle Harold - we are sorry that we missed your funeral. We just learned of your passing today. Betsy and I would have made the trip to visit. We had many great times and a lot of reunions and visits.

Harold was one of my earliest friends when I moved to Cleveland 26 years ago and I will miss him.

R.I.P Great Grandpa Harold you are missed dearly. I know that you and Grammy are looking down on all of with love and are going to help us all get through this. You were a great man, a great father, a terrific grandfather and an extraordinary great grandfather and your great great grandchildren get to listen to all the wonderful stories about you. Please give Grammy our love and heaven is lucky to have another Angel up there. We love and miss you dearly.
