Not sure what to say?

Dear Paulette and Connie,

We were so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. He was a Great Uncle in every sense of the term. He always had twinkle in his eye, like he'd just gotten away with something. He was kind, friendly, and funny and, judging by the stories my dad told us about their adventures together as kids, always was. May his memory be a blessing for all of us.

Harold, Thank you for your service to our country and community. Thank you for your kindness and sense of humor. I will truly miss you. Michele Rothstein Dolbin

Paulette and Connie. I'm so very sorry to hear of your fathers passing. He was the best. We always knew him as meatball. I was so very lucky to talk to your Dad maybe a year or so ago and found out how he got that name. He was and will always be part of our West Enola Fire House Family. Sorry I missed his service. I just ready now read about it. Prayers to your family's. The Egan Family.

Paulette and Connie

Your father has been one of the best COMRADE and BROTHER that i have ever know. He has given us a lot of knowledge over the years. I will be very greatfull for what lesson he has given me as a FIRE FIGHTER and a VETERAN. It was great having him in the VFW Post 617 as a Quartermaster. He will be sadly miss, but is legacy will live on.

IT WAS A GREAT HONOR SERVING UNDER YOU AND YOU WERE THE BEST PESIDENT THAT THE FIRE COMPANY EVER HAD! MAY YOU REST IN PEACE! YOU MAY BE GONE BUT YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!

I will always remember Harold for his kindness. I had the pleasure of knowing him through Enola Church of God. My prayers are going up for comfort for the family during this time. We know he's with Jesus now.
