Harold Paul Simpkins

Growing up as his neighbor I knew Harold as someone who could "get things to work" using whatever was available [sometimes bubble gum and bailing wire]. He introduced me to electronics and two way radio through Citizens Band Radio. He was also an Amateur Radio operator and member of the Burlington County Radio Club.
