Harold Smith

Very sad to hear of Harold's passing. His leadership and reserved sense of humor truly brightened my days at E-Systems.

Harold was my first boss at E-Systems. GREAT man! I was 23 when he hired me, my first job out of college. So very sorry to hear this.

Herald Don was a great example and leader. I worked under him in Greenville. Prayers for the family.

Harold was a great, personable leader I very much enjoyed working with. A vivid memory I have was having to put my business card under the glass top of his desk. When you did that, you had just given him your word, your commitment and promise to accomplish some significant objective. It was a handshake, but more! It was a great motivation tool.
