Dear Stacy Family: I just heard of Hal's passing and wanted to express my condolences. He was one of the good guys and will be missed. I'll always remember his smile and hand shake. That man had a firm grip and when he shook your hand......he had your attention. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To Jackie and the whole Stacy family. I did not know until today that Hal had passed. I feel like an idiot that I responded to Todds Facebook article and didn't realize it was a eulogy. HAL was an absolutely a great guy. I had the pleasure and gift of knowing Hal shortly after he came to G.R. The most amazing experience I had with Hal was at Harrison Park (circa 1947-70 years ago)...they did'nt have a real football field but they had a goal post & I held the football & Hal kicked it, at...

I am so sorry for your loss - Hal was a great friend of my husband (Russ) and know he will be dearly missed by you all.
