Not sure what to say?

Dave and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I spoke to your father once for quite awhile. He was such a smart man. I enjoyed our conversation. Take care of yourself.

Dear Mrs. Stein,

I am very sorry for your loss.
Harold led such an accomplished life.

His legacy as a founder of the National Alliance on Mental Illness that you both created will live on to change and improve the lives of many living with mental illness along with their families.

My teacher was Bernice Drumheller and now I teach the Family to Family Course.
Harold's legacy lives on with NAMI..

Thank you for thinking of NAMI. We will be sending a donation...

Dear Ruth, Bob, David and Michael,
My thoughts and hugs are with you all at this time. I have fond memories of our family times together and hope that Harold and my dad can reconnect in peace and comfort.

Love,
Beth Finkelstein

Dear Ruth, Michael, David and Bob
Harold was the kindest, smartest and gentlest man I have every known.
I shall miss my friend and his wise counsel.

Dear Ruth, I'm sorry that Dick and I didn't get a chance to offer you our sympathy at Harold's beautiful service yesterday at Temple Beth El. May you and your lovely family feel the love and warmth I and so many others have for you as you mourn this great loss.
Love and prayers, Janice

I will always be grateful to Harold and
Ruth Stein for the many changes they
helped implement in the 1980's on
behalf of the patients at Northampton
State Hospital. God Bless them both
and may Harold rest in peace and may
Ruth be consoled by happy memories.
A grateful mother thanks you.

My mother Lillian was tremendously proud of her dear brother Harold. I will remember him as a sweet and caring uncle.

Harold was a nice guy. A good friend of my parents. He was very proud to be Jewish and loved attending services at Temple Beth El. He used to talk about his granddaugher and his trips to Chicago when I saw him at minyan. My condolences to his entire family. May he rest in peace.
