Sie, Don and David, I am saddened to learn of Joe's passing. Joe called me just a month or so ago and reminisced about all the good times we had. I could always count on Joe calling me and remembering some fish stories. He was such a great person and fun to be around. How fortunate you and David have been to have a father like "Joe". He was both a smart man and had a great sense of humor. Love to you both and to Sie. He has left all of us with wonderful memories and I personally will never forget that incredible smile. Love, Wava

Don, David and Family,

I was saddened to hear of you father's passing. He was fun to be around. I still remember coming to your house at Clarklake and his wonderful chicken; also the times my parents Bob and Helen Upham flew in his plane to Vermont.
May you memories give you comfort. Wtih deepest sympathy

It was an honor to have both known and serve this man. A true friend of my father's.

Col. Joe Tucker defines the meaning of 'Hero'. He didn't just go to war and represent USA, he made victory happen. He was one of the reasons we won WW two. I know he's sitting in Gods pilot lounge with my dad. I wish I would have known Col. Joe. He's my Hero. God bless.
