Walters family, I was very sad to hear of Bills passing. I was on vacation at that time and just heard today. I remember when I got on the PSA board and then became president , Bill always was there to help me with things. He ALWAYS asked me how my athletic daughter was doing , even about a month ago when I ran into him at the driving range. I am very sorry. Jack lowrey

Dear Jerry, our condolences to you and your family. Bill was a great person and had a generous heart. He wanted people to do good for themselves and was willing to help them achieve this anyway he could. He will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time and always.

I will always cherish the time I got to spend with Bill on the boat, on the golf course, and just hanging around. I have fond memories of my various trips to Pensacola and the time we spent together. I will always appreciate the generosity you all shared with me.
