Not sure what to say?

Fond memories of then Colonel Williams as 380th Wing Commander. He was known as Jaws because of his ability to shake things up and get everything running right and in good order. My pleasure to work for him in the Command Section. See you on the other side my friend.

Sorry to see you go Colonel (General). My privilege to work with you and under you at the 380th Command Section. See you on the other side, friend.
Bob B.

Very saddened to hear about the General's passing. A fine officer and commander, it was an honor to serve under him at both Ellsworth and Plattsburgh. Thoughts and prayers to Mrs. Williams and family.

This humble man used to sit right in front of my wife, her special needs brother David, and me at Alamo Heights United Methodist Church. Mac made a special effort to bring his flying magazines to church so David could look at the pictures of aircraft. Mac never mentioned his amazing career; we just knew this loving couple as "Mac and Pat." That he would make the special effort for David was a true measure of his character. Thanks, Mac
