My deepest condolences to the Woodrow family. Harold was truly a unique individual with whom I worked for years as a design engineer at Morgan Construction. My first supervisor there; quite an introduction to the company and the world of steel mills. He was always working problems out from first principles - that phrase stays in my memory of him. Remembering the good times we all had together, especially the
