Not sure what to say?

Nobody did the President's job at SIOR than Buddy. A gentleman, always helpful and thoughtful, and such a pleasure to know. He is missed!

Buddy was a friend, and a mentor, and someone we all greatly admired in SIOR! He had a remarkably pleasant personality, a gift for gab, and showed remarkable leader ship. My sympathies go out to Buddy’s wonderful family.

Kaki, Dick and I were so sorry to hear of Buddy's passing. We talk often of the wonderful time we had with you all on the Oceana. Much fun was had enjoying someone we knew from the past. You both made our trip more enjoyable. Take care of yourself and if you are ever in Ft. Worth give us a call.
Winnie and Dick Simon

We want to express our deepest condolences to all of your family. We know that Amy was a devoted and loving granddaughter to her beloved grandfather.Though we never had the pleasure of meeting Harrell we know he was a wonderful man, father and grandfather. With love to all of your family from Chicago-Chris Pellikan, Kathy Donovan and Daniel Pellikan

Sending prayers for comfort and peace to you all on the loss of an absolutely wonderful man.

Kaki, the world is truly a bit darker with Buddy's passing. He taught me much and I loved him; I love you both. Thank you for always being the best grandparents William and Amy could ever have hoped for.

What a truly wonderful person. Buddy was respected nationally by industrial real estate professionals. He had a wonderful sense of humor, and sharp mind, and of course, his personna was enhanced by his wonderful wife, Kaki. He will be missed and fondly remembered by the way those of us who were fortunate to know him, work with him, and have both a Buddy and Kaki as a friend.

Buddy was truly one of the most professional and nicest people I have ever had the opportunity to know in our business.
Gary A. Mabray, SIOR

When I think about Buddy the first thing that comes to my mind is the way he treated Kaki. He is - or was - my ideal of how to lovingly care about your wife. If I have a disagreement with my wife I think of how Buddy would have acted in this situation, and many times this helps me to find the right words that lead to a positive outcome.
I certainly will miss some good talk with him about real estate - which was his and my major field of work. It was always good to hear his opinion and his...
