As Easter is approaching, once again I will be making the Easter Holiday bread recipe that Aunt Hattie shared with me for which I will always be grateful. Pleasant remembrances to all her family.

To the Bednarski family, so sorry for your loss. Did not know Harriet Bednarski, but in 1980-82, while on a two year assignment from AT&T and working at Ohio Bell in Cleveland, I met a Marilyn Bednarski who at the time knew my best friend Jeff. If Marilyn Bednarski was the daughter of Harriet... my condolences to you and your family. God Bless You.

Still love to make and eat this comfort food at the holidays we have have ham at. Also miss the fresh horseradish root that we used to grind homemade shawn (spread) for the ham sandwiches.
