I will remember Betty with fondness, much the same as I have done with my memories of Art. They both touched my heart and found permanent places there - many years ago. I consider myself blessed to have had the pleasure of their presence and genuine kindness.

Dear Jim, & all of Betty's family,
Don & I want to say how sorry we were to hear that Betty had passed away. We were thinking just the other day, that when we lived in Kalamazoo, Betty would have been about the same age that we are now....~ mid 60's.
We will never forget how warm & welcoming both Betty & Art were to us as we set up home in a new city!
She became our surrogate mother as we spent time gardening together, Sun. dinners & of course, shopping at the Loft! We will...
