Not sure what to say?

Harriet was one-of-a-kind awesome, as kind as she was smart. She helped all, and without fanfare, and was a Middletown, CT, cornerstone. I´m quite sure she´s already found a bridge game in Heaven. Much love to all.

Scott and Alison, it has been many years. My parents and yours spent many happy times together when we were growing up, and your mom's infectious laugh was unmistakable. My mom, Arline, passed a year and a half ago, and I know how hard it can be to have to say good bye to the one who holds your entire life in their hands. I hope you are well and living your best lives! your folks were a big part of my own childhood, and I have many fond memories of them both! I hope you find peace and joy...

With happy memories of Harriet in Middletown with her bright smile, dancing eyes and welcoming words, I now wish to extend my deepest sympathy to her family in their loss.

I think of her with fondness whenever I am in my recipe box. Except for aging she looks exactly as I remember. I am so sorry for your loss. I will...

Harriet was the most unique, creative, and fun loving person. Her loyalty to friends and family was unmatched. Upon meeting her, she left an unforgettable impression as someone you wanted to know better. Loved her.

I am so sorry to hear of Harriet´s passing. I have fond memories of her and the whole family from childhood. I pray for peace for all those left wanting more time with her. Sending much love

So sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. She was one of a kind, a pure delight.

Having grown up in Middletown, about two streets over from "Aunt Harriet," I got to know the family well -I was and still am best friends with her niece Jill-and began babysitting for Scott and Allison. I seemed to always be invited to their farmhouse where I too enjoyed Harriet´s exceptional cooking and hosting. I was fortunate enough to dance with her at Jill´s daughter´s wedding just one year ago, so that is a memory, along with hundreds of others, that I will always hold in my heart. I...
