Harriet Kowalski of Crystal Lake The funeral for Harriet Kowalski, 64, will begin at 10:15 a.m. Monday, at the Skaja Bachmann Funeral Home, 7715 W. Route 14, Crystal Lake, then proceed to St. Thomas the Apostle Church, where a Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Crystal Lake Memorial Park. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home. Born Sept. 24, 1940, in Chicago, the daughter of Frank and Irene (nee Wloch) Krysztowiak), she died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2005, at Governors Park in Barrington. Harriet is survived by her daughter, Paulette Kowalski of Crystal Lake, and her sisters, Victoria Graves of New Berlin, Wis., and Irene (Joseph) Kuchan of Des Plaines. She is also survived by her nephews, Paul, Michael and Christopher Graves and Peter Kuchan, along with a niece, Victoria Kuchan.
