Not sure what to say?

SO, I JUST LOVE THIS PICTURE OF DING. THIS IS HOW I REMEMBER HER. YET, MOST OF ALL, I RECALL HER KINDNESS AND CONSIDERATION OF OTHERS. AT EDISTO'S ANNUAL SHAG FEST, DING WOULD BRING HER GRANDCHILDREN, PARK THEM AT ONE END OF THE DANCE FLOOR MAKING CERTAIN THEY DID NOT DISTURB SHAGGERS OR CAUSE ANYONE TO FALL. HER GRANDS WERE QUIET, POLITE AND RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS. DING SET SUCH A WONDERFUL EXAMPLE FOR ALL OF US TO FOLLOW THROUGHOUT LIFE. TODAY, DING IS PAINFREE, HAPPY AND WHERE WE ALL PRAY...

I was one of the blessed to have known 'Ding" and her entire loving and giving Family. She was on earth as she is now an Angel. And Walton, you were such a caring Sister. When I visited your home ,I was always in awe of your relationships. Everyone loved Harriett Ann!

Sister Ding went to be with her Heavenly Father 2 years ago March 28,2023. She was welcomed with open arms by Dad,Mom,Sister Sam and Decatur and heaven has gained a true angel. I miss her more than life itself but know she is at peace, healthy and in no pain. She was loved by so many for her relationship with God,family members and friends. Godspeed little sister ......heaven has gained a true heavenly being. Much love...your big Sister Walton

To: Ding´s Husband, Children and Family, With the new integrated schools in Orangeburg, in our last year of graduation in 1972 from O-W, `Ding´ stood out! She was popular and most everybody knew her. She was one of our superlative senior. I´ve always remembered her bright eyes. May God comfort you all during these days of grief. Margaret Dunning-Stokes, Covington, GA
