Not sure what to say?

Dear Julie, Carold and Family,

Hattie was one of my favorite patients. It made me feel happy seeing her name on my appointment list. I can still hear her gentle voice, see her warm eyes shining with wisdom and her beautiful smile. She was concerned for others and cared little about her own comfort. Her family and friends, I among them, can count themselves blessed for having known her. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on your loss.

Dear, dear Molly, my heart goes out to you and yours. My memories of your mother on the farm are etched deep; her approach to life and her values clearly touched so many. xo and warm digital hugs, Lora Urbanelli (from Molly's Facebook Page)

The family would like to encourage people to look at (and perhaps share memories on) the blog that has been created in memory of Hattie. Comments posted to the blog will not expire in contrast to this guest book page.

Our deepest sympathy to all from Deborah and Michael Krasner

My Aunt Hattie was a gentle-woman - kind, gracious and dignified. I will miss her very very much, as I know all of her family and friends will. Along with my grandmother (Aunt Hattie's mother, Adra,) Aunt Hattie provided me with an incredible role-model of what an intelligent, thoughtful person could be in this world and she and her children and grandchildren have always served as sources of inspiration, highlighting for me the difference that love, kindness and understanding can make in...

I was blessed to have been one of Hattie's caregivers from VNA. Although I only knew her for a short time, she touched my life and I truly admired this great lady. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.

Hattie has been and remains an incredible light in my life. I will always remember the generosity, grace, and warmth of spirit she shared with me and my family. I hold Hattie's family in my heart as her journey continues. Much love...
