Oh, what a wonderful person Mrs. Thorne was! I first remember her doing the tango at our house as part of a dance group The Day Trippers (I think. I was 4) Billy was a year ahead of me but everybody knew all the Thornes at Noroton Presbyterian because of the charismastic Mrs. Thorne. Talk about a life well lived! My sympathies to the family. She was just lovely.
